An update from Italy!!!
Everything is coming along well here in Italy!
On November 6th I attended Heart Link a class at the Airman and Family Readiness Center that teaches you about the base and programs available to spouses here in Aviano. I go to this class at every base we move to and always get useful information!
November 8th Daniel was invited to a classmates birthday party at MaMo ToTo. http://www.mamototo.com/ Our first experience at an Italian birthday party place!!! Everyone had a great time!!!
November 11th was Veteran's Day. We went on our first Outdoor Rec. trip to Atlantis Water Park in Ljubljana, Slovenia. http://www.slovenia.info/en/en/wellness/Atlantis-Water-Park.htm?wellness=2518&lng=2 It was nice to be able to just all relax and ride in the van! I think we will be doing a lot more Outdoor Rec and ITT trips while we are here!

November 12th I attended a Resume Writing class at the AFRC (Airman & Family Readiness Center). Now to get my Master resume wrote along with a Federal resume and a small sector resume.
November 13th I attended a 10 Steps to a Federal Job class at the AFRC. Another very useful class to help me get back into the work force! I am getting very excited to start work again after taking 9 1/2 years off to be a full-time mom!
November 14th began a four day long weekend for the kids! Alyssa and Hannah had teacher conferences as well, since Daniel got a new teacher just a couple weeks ago, we will have his next quarter. I love that the school here does teacher conferences quarterly for all the kids! Bill and I also had our first Give Parents a Break here in Italy. The kids went to the Youth Center while we went to a movie and bowled a couple games at the bowling center. It was a nice break to begin our long weekend with the kids!
November 15th since Bill had weekend duty I took the kids to see the Tim Burton Boxtrolls movie! http://www.news.com.au/entertainment/movies/movie-review-the-boxtrolls-is-a-stopmotion-animation-stunner/story-e6frfmw0-1227061686642 Everyone enjoyed it! Of course since we were by the BX we went and did some shopping as well! We got most of the items we need for sledding this winter, we are just missing boots for Daniel and a couple sleds.
November 17th Alyssa spent most of the day with her BFF at her house! In the evening we headed over to a friends house to help them celebrate their sons birthday with dinner, cake and ice cream! The kids always love going over to the Weber's house!
November 18th I got to go on Hannah's first Study Trip of the year! We went to the Aviano Market and to Desiree for gelato!!! I had a great time with them checking out all the stands and bartering prices! I really need to check out the San Quirino Market next Tuesday!
Yesterday, November 20th, I attending a Myths and Fact Employment class. It was a very informational class that I was glad I attended. Now to attend the mock interviewing class next month. That is going to be the hardest part for me about getting a job, wish me luck!
Today I am waiting to go over to the Turkey Trot 5K put on by the base...
